Clearwater Beach is a fantastic beach destination. For those wanting a little more relaxation than central florida generally offers, clearwater beach fills the relaxation gap in the florida market.

Even though this is a beach destination, there is plenty more to see and do and is within close proximity to other west coast Florida beaches also.

We visited Florida as a week at the orlando parks and a week at clearwater. For me, week 2 was definately better.
