Despite getting some bad press (or good press depending on how you look at it), Amsterdam is much more than the hedonistic city reputation that it has. Yes there's strangely legalised drugs and some very interesting characters loitering around the red light districts, but look further afield and Amsterdam is a beautiful canal structured city with incredible architecture.
