This was a fantastic location; we weren't interested in the nightlife in Reykjavik and staying outside of the capital gave us a 1 hour head start each day in exploring the southern coast of Iceland.

The accommodation was fantastic with everything we needed and the hot tub on the porch was just perfect.

Well worth staying here. Bus from airport direct to hotel - �11. Walking distance to City but hotel has free shuttle bus. Everything very expensive but well worth the adventure. Take your own drink and food and eat plenty of breakfast!!
