| THE STANDARD OF CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS SECOND TO NONE. THERE WAS A FLIGHT DELAY OF 25 HOURS THEY PHONED THE MORNING OF DEPARTURE TO PRE WORN US THEN PUT US UP IN A HOTEL WITH ALL MEALS ORGANISED AND TRANSFARES SORTED. WE HAD A COMPLIMENTRY UPGRADE ON THE WAY OUT TO MOMBASSA TO ROYAL THEN WHILE ON HOLIDAY THEY GAVE 70 EURO PER ADULT AND 35 EURO PER CHILD TOWARD OUR DRINKS BILL AND THE CHOICE OF A FREE TRIP (MOMBASSA TOUR, MALINDI TOUR)I HAVE NOTHING BUT PRAISE FOR ASC AND THE WAY THEY HANDLED A POSS UPSETTING TIME. THE HOLIDAY ITSELF WAS AMAZING THE HOTEL SET ON A SPECTACULAR BEACH THE FOOD MOUTHWATERING AND THE LEVEL OF SERVICE WAS SUPERB.

| WE HAVE BEEN TO TURTLE BAY 8 TIMES AND DO NOT HAVE ONE BAD WORD TO SAY ABOUT THE PLACE. WE GOT MARRIED HERE IN 1997 AND HAVE THE BUG THAT TURTLE BAY GIVES YOU. THE STAFF ARE FABULOUS THE SERVICE YOU RECEIVE IS FAUTLESS WE ARE PLANNING TO GO BACK AT NEW-YEAR FOR 3 WEEKS WE WISH IT WAS TOMORROW TO SEE ALL FRIENDS AGAIN. IT IS A SUPERB HOLIDAY DESTINATION AND WOULD NOT HESITATE TO RECOMEND IT THOUGH NOT TO LOUDLY AS WE DONT WANT TO SPOIL IT WITH TOO MANY PEOPLE.

Without doubt the best hotel we have ever stayed in, the location is superb, situated in a quiet bay known as turtle bay, the bay is a marine reserve so the snorkelling is superb as is the diving.
We have stayed at this hotel for the last three years in a row & are planning our next visit in 2006, kenya has so much to offer, we discover a new part of Kenya every year.
The staff and management at this hotel are second to none, there has been some big improvements this year, the new bar in the reception area is stunning, this hotel has a special place for us now, looking forward to returning again next year.
Turtle bay beach club is also fantastic for children, the 'fun base' are here to entertain you during your stay, I must admit they do a fantastic job of keeping the children occupied during the day, in fact do not be suprised if you don't see much of your children during your holiday !
The food is superb and they will cater for anybodys needs, if there is nothing on offer that you like, then a quick word is all that is required, you will be amazed at the service on offer.
Everyone welcomes us back with open arms every year, this year was the best ever, it just keeps getting more rewarding to revisit such a beautiful place with beautiful people.

I can only describe Hemmingways as my dream resort. It was our honeymoon and so had originally intended to go somewhere like the Maldives. After seeing safari details at the tour operators we went with Kenya and trusted their opinion on Hemmingways. We did not realise it was listed as one of the small luxury hotels in the world - and rightly so.
After staying in the hotel a few days, we left for a safari then returned to Hemmingways - it was like coming home - wonderful staff welcomed us back, food was excellent and service was always first class - JUST WONDERFUL!!!!!
The deep sea fishing trip was well worth the money. We didn't feel obligated to do anything - nothing was too much trouble for the staff and we will always remember Hemmingways as the best resort and hotel we have ever been to - so far!!
