Great service, handy location, sports and entertainment facilities, good range of food options from buffet breakfast to an upmarket, and very popular, Chinese restaurant.
Lots of hotels make similar claims but out of the many I have stayed in, from San Diego to Bangkok, this is one of the few that not only lives up to the advertising but excels in some areas.
The service from check in to check out was top notch. The fact that there is an adults-only pool was one reason why we selected it in the first place and this proved to be a wise move.
The hotel is deservedly very popular with families, but those seeking a kids-free zone should check this place out. We paid the extra for garden suite and were very pleased with the room and the associated Jacuzzi by the sun deck.
Plenty of good quality and comfortable sun loungers and a pool at a reasonable temperature well secluded from the main pool meant that we really could lie back and relax (the handy pool bar also helped in this process).
There is handy access to the beach, but from our vantage point it seemed too much effort, if you know what I mean - it was in the mid-30s Centigrade after all.

To be honest there aren't many positive comments to make about this accomodation other than to say that the appartments are a good size (this would probably be an advantage if there are more than two people travelling - lots of room for camp beds) and that they were cleaned daily.
The hotel is situated directly on the dual carriageway which runs through Limassol, and the traffic noise is incessant. We found it difficult to sleep as the noise actually gets worse at night(think boy racers in modified cars screaming past 24 hours a day), and the double glazing on the balcony doors was totally ineffective at reducing the noise from outside.
During the time we spent in this hotel there was no hot water avaiable at any point - at best the water was lukewarm making showering unpleasant and washing up difficult. The reception on the satellite TV was poor and only one or two channels were actually watchable - a shame as there is absolutely nothing to do in Limassol and this seemed a good way of passing the time! Also, the videos are so old that the picture quality is poor to unwatchable (if you have children I would recommned taking videos for them rather than relying on the hotels 'video library').
The pool area is small, but does have some swings and a climbing frame for children. However, the sunbeds were filthy, as was the pool, and made relaxing by the pool an experience that we avoided after one or two attempts.
Limassol itself is pretty horrible, it consists mainly of a dual carriageway lined with tacky bars and restaurants, all of which are extremely expensive. If you are hoping to experience cypriot food this is definitely not the place to do it - cuisine in Limassol is very much aimed at English tourists. Everything is served with chips and there is little attempt to offer traditional cypriot food (which is actually delicious andI would highly recommend it).
All in all poor accomodation and a terrible resort - we actually left Limassol a week early as we couldn't stand to be there any longer
