Overview Things to do Suitability Country Info (Greece)
Mastihari is a quiet fishing village situated on the Greek Island of Kos. It has, no disco's, nightclubs, amusement arcades, tatoo parlours, theme pubs or fast food giants.

What it does have, are many taverna's offering a wide variety of Greek dishes, beautiful beach, crystal clear waters, a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Kos Town is a thirty minute bus trip away, or a twenty minute taxi drive for those who are looking for a little more activity or entertainment.

This area is suitable for the Get-away-from-it-all enthusiasts, although it is no longer suitable for true recluses.

The accommodation here is mainly humble lodgings in the port area, with the hotels scattered in the hinterland and at the end of the beach.
