Rental Advertisers - Step by Step Guide

Step 1: Create a My Travel Eye page by clicking 'Register' link at the top of all pages on the website.
Step 2: On the registration form, there is a rental advertiser question, be sure to click 'Yes' to this (default is 'No') in addition to completing the rest of the form in full.
Step 3: Press 'Submit' to complete the registration process. You can now log into your 'My Travel Eye' account using your newly created login details in the 'username & password' login boxes at the top pf all pages on the website.
Step 4: After logging into your My Travel Eye account, you will see a 'Rental Advertiser Account' link. Click this to enter your Rental Advertiser account. Please see 'troubleshooting FAQs' section below if you don't see this link.
Step 5: Once you've clicked the 'Rental Advertiser' account link, you'll be at the 'Advertiser Home' section of your rental advertiser account. Click 'Create New Advert' to begin creating your rental property listing.
Step 6: After clicking 'Create a new Advert' link, simply complete the step by step process as directed by on-screen instructions. You will need to 'Place Order' (final step in the process) even if you are creating a FREE advert. A rental listing is FREE but there are optional additional features to improve your advert that require small charges.
 
Troubleshooting FAQs
Q: I've created a My Travel Eye page, but when I log in, there is no 'rental advertiser' link to click. What has gone wrong and what do I do?
A: There can be two reasons why the rental advertiser link is not showing; 1 - You did not select 'yes' to the rental advertiser question on the registration form (if this is the reason, you can click the 'edit profile' link and select 'yes' to this question to rectify the problem), or ;2, something has blocked the link from appearing (simply logging out, then clearing your internet browser cache and logging back in should rectify this problem).
 
Q: I have completed the registration process and completed the listing creation process. However, when I look at the website, my property listing does not appear.

A: Your advert does not go live automatically. A member of our admin team will need to approve the advert to go live. This can take up to 3 working days. If you have received notification from us that your advert has been made live but you still cannot see the listing, please log into your rental advertiser account and check you have entered your property in the correct location.
