Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac within the highly desirable Rotonda West development, this house has a great deal to offer rental guests. Just 15 minutes drive west brings you to the Gulf Beaches at Englewood, 15 minutes south takes you to the Caribbean style beaches on Boca Grande. This house has other houses nearby, but also benefits from a high level of privacy from the small lake which it backs onto. The house comes with 4 bicycles and an in-house BBQ.

This lovely area has good beaches to the west and the south. There is plentiful wildlife and instead of shelling, why not try hunting for fossilised sharks teeth. You will need a car, but there are plenty of restaurants in the area, shops and parks.
