Wake up to the birds singing in your own private valley. luxury self contained cottages. Jackeroo 2-5 persons (2 Bedrooms). The stockmans 2-10 persons (4 Bedrooms)and the farmhouse with 7 bedrooms and four bathrooms our biggest sleeping 16+. All cottages have Dvd/surround sound, some with double spas. fulled fitted out just bring yourself.The property is on 60 acres and is a working alpaca stud as well as holiday accomodation. We also offer various beauty treatments during your stay and have fully qualified staff to provide this service at your cottage.
We have regular weddings from 35 - 150 guests. We have a barn for small receptions and can put up a marquee for the large weddings. All catering is done on our premises.

Conferences of between 10-40 can use the special barn facilities.
We are also taking bookings for 2007 in our new 6 double bedroom cottage,each room has its own ensuite and verandah. Our heated swimming pool will also be up and running by then.

Off the great ocean road, near Lorne . One hour forty mins from Melbourne
