PAYMENT:
Payment by Wire Transfer. Your booking is confirmed with payment of 50% first installment to be completed within 48 hours of reservation. Your final payment of 50% payable no later than 8 weeks PRIOR to arrival. A security deposit of $1000 US is required on arrival, whatever the length of stay. That deposit will be returned at the end of the lease, once the home is checked.
