Lounge/Diner: Comfortably furnished with reclining three seater, two seater and single seater three piece leather suite. Six seater dining table with seating for a further fourteen diners on the covered verandas. A bar divides the dining area from the kitchen.

Kitchen: Well equiped with cooker, hob, microwave, dishwasher, American upright fridge/freezer and ample cupboards.

Bedrooms: Three bedrooms including the master bedroom suite with walk in dressing room and large ensuite shower room and WC. The other two bedrooms have a shared shower room and WC. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and air conditioning.

BBQ and verandas:A gas fired BBQ is available on request and can be used in the garden or on the verandas surrounding the pool within the villa.

Utility Room: Has a washing machine/tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

Outside: The villa is on a hillside facing the sea, consequently there is always a breeze so even on the hottest and most humid of days a comfortable

The villa is on the South Coast about one mile from Whitehouse
