Our prestigious built 4 Bedroom 3.5 Bathroom fully air conditioned villa was completed in November 2005, built in a beautiful consvation area called Sandy Ridge. It is situated in a lovely quiet Cul-de-Sac. The villa is 2230sq in size with 1733sq ft of living area. It is decorated to a very high standard.

On the ground floor there is a Living Room, Dining Room with seating for six people around the table with an additional sitting at the Breakfast bar for three more. Open plan Kitchen with all the latest appliances including Microwave, Fridge/Freezer with Ice Maker, Oven and everything else you would need in a modern kitchen.

Off the kitchen is the Laundry Room with a Washing Machine and a Dryer, there is also a Ironing Board and Iron. Off of the Laundry Room is the Garage which we have made into a Games Room with an Air Hockey table and a Multi Function table where you can play Pool or if you prefer Table Tennis, there is also a ceiling fan to keep you cool on the warm nights.
