This modern fully air-conditioned apartment overlooks the famous Thompson's Bay beach and tidal pool. The tropical gardens of the estate offer you unlimited use of a large swimming pool with braai(barbeque) facilities and tennis courts. Safe bathing on the beach is just across the road. The easy access to the apartment from the parking bay immediately behind makes this the ideal choice for the physically challenged! There is also a covered lock-up garage available immediately behind the apartment.

Accommodation comprises of 2 double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and one twin bed room. A third bathroom serves the whole apartment.The spacious open plan lounge with dining area and kitchen leads onto the balcony through two sliding patio doors. A double sofa bed increases the sleeping capacity to 8, but the apartment is best suited for six.

The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher and washer/drier, fridge freezer, electric oven and hob and microwave.
